Our Terms and Conditions contain important information about your rights and responsibilities as a support client. They explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

By signing up for support services, you agree to:

– keep your support password and login details private. Don’t share these with anyone, and don’t let anyone sign in as you to [email protected];

– read all support messages within one (1) week of receipt;

– follow support staff instructions for support issues;

– provide support staff with accurate and complete information;

– refrain from profanity or any other language that could be deemed offensive. We will not tolerate rude behavior towards support staff, and we reserve the right to immediately terminate support services if necessary;

– inform [email protected] of any changes to your email address, support password or support username;

– refrain from asking support staff to reveal account information for other users. This includes usernames, passwords and billing references;

– allow up to 24 hours (1 day) for support messages sent within the normal support hours (see below), and up to 48 hours (2 days) for messages sent outside of support hours, for a reply;

– understand that support staff are not able to provide refunds.

 

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to within 24-48 hours.

If you violate any of our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to terminate support services immediately and without notice.
